Most businesses run on the owner's head, a stack of spreadsheets and a WhatsApp group. When the owner stops, everything stops. Koeia changes that: we write the company's operation manual with its owner, turn it into a running system, automate the repeated work and put AI agents on top. The owner gets their time back and the business finally runs without them holding every piece. As a Forward Deployed Engineer you are the person who makes that happen, from the first interview to the day the owner says «it works without me».

What you will do

  • Interview owners and teams, and write their operation manual: policy, departments, roles and SOPs.
  • Turn the manual into the client's system: the platform's standard features first, custom work only for what they do not cover.
  • Build the automations and AI agents that take repeated work off people's hands.
  • Support the client after go-live and adapt the system when the business changes.

How we work

  • Hybrid: remote, one day a week at the client, plus the key moments (Map interviews and go-live).
  • You work with AI agents every day: they write, code and test; you decide and check.
  • You report to the founder.

What we look for

  • You can turn a messy business problem into clear steps, and explain them to an owner who is not technical.
  • You build things with AI agents, not only use chat.
  • You speak and write Spanish and English.
  • No experience with our platform needed: you learn it with us and we certify you.

How we hire

Step 1 · one week. We give you a sample operation manual and how we will score it. You build a harness: a set of AI agents that reads the manual, sets up the platform's standard features first and writes custom code only for what they do not cover.

Step 2 · live. If your harness is among the best, we tell you on the spot what to build and you run it in front of us. Then you take 30 minutes to explain the result to the founder as if he were the owner of the business.

Step 3 · the offer. You sit down with the founder to talk about how you work and what you want to build, we check your references and, if it's a fit, we make you an offer.
