Most businesses run on the owner's head, a stack of spreadsheets and a WhatsApp group. When the owner stops, everything stops. Koeia changes that: we write the company's operation manual with its owner, turn it into a running system, automate the repeated work and put AI agents on top. The owner gets their time back and the business finally runs without them holding every piece. As Head of Delivery you make sure every client gets there, on time, every time, and you turn each Forward Deployed Engineer into someone owners trust with their business.

What you will do

  • Own the method: Map, System, Automate, Agents and Handover, with its templates, SOPs and quality bar.
  • Plan every client program, keep its milestones on time and step in when one slips.
  • Train, review and certify each Forward Deployed Engineer.
  • Agree every change of scope with the client, signed by its leader, before the work starts.
  • Measure delivery: milestones on time, first reply time, client retention.

How we work

  • Hybrid: remote, with time at clients for the key moments.
  • You work with AI agents every day: they write, code and test; you decide and check.
  • You report to the founder.

What we look for

  • You have run implementation or operations projects for businesses and know where they break.
  • You turn processes into clear steps and you can teach them.
  • You speak and write Spanish and English.
  • No experience with our platform needed: you learn it with us.

How we hire

Step 1 · one week. We give you a sample operation manual. You write the delivery plan of that client's program: milestones, who does what, the risks and how you would check the quality of each step.

Step 2 · live. If your plan is among the best, we hand you a real piece of delivered work and you review it in front of us. Then you take 30 minutes to explain your plan to the founder as if he were the owner of the business.

Step 3 · the offer. You sit down with the founder to talk about how you work and what you want to build, we check your references and, if it's a fit, we make you an offer.
