Most businesses run on the owner's head, a stack of spreadsheets and a WhatsApp group. When the owner stops, everything stops. Koeia changes that: we write the company's operation manual with its owner, turn it into a running system, automate the repeated work and put AI agents on top. The owner gets their time back and the business finally runs without them holding every piece. As Finance & Operations Lead you keep Koeia's own house in order, so we can do for others what we do for ourselves: every invoice on time, every number clear, every decision backed by data.

What you will do

  • Invoicing and collections: every plan billed on time and every payment followed up.
  • The books, with our outside accountant: monthly close, sales tax (IVU) and the yearly review.
  • Cash flow and pricing: the monthly numbers, the forecast and what each plan really earns.
  • Koeia's own operation: contracts, vendors and, when it comes, payroll.
  • Where the money goes: you show us how to invest each dollar the right way (people, marketing, tools, reserves), what each choice returns and what you would do first, not just what we spent.

How we work

  • Hybrid: mostly remote.
  • You work with AI agents every day: they draft, reconcile and report; you decide and check.
  • You report to the founder.

What we look for

  • A degree in finance or accounting, or the experience to match.
  • You explain numbers simply to people who are not in finance.
  • You speak and write Spanish and English.

How we hire

Step 1 · one week. We give you a sample of a company's invoices, payments and prices. You build its monthly numbers, a 12-month cash forecast and what each plan really earns, and you recommend where to invest the next $50,000 and why.

Step 2 · live. If yours is among the best, we change one number on the spot and you update it in front of us. Then you take 30 minutes to explain the result to the founder as if he were the owner of the business.

Step 3 · the offer. You sit down with the founder to talk about how you work and what you want to build, we check your references and, if it's a fit, we make you an offer.
