What we collect
What you send us through the contact form (name, email, company, phone and your message), the details of your account if you create one, and the records of your plan, invoices and payments. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we receive only a reference and the last digits of the card, never the full number.
Why we use it
To answer you, to prepare and deliver the service you ask for, to bill it, and to keep your account secure. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
Only the providers we need to run the service, such as our hosting and Stripe for payments, each under their own privacy terms, and authorities when the law requires it.
Cookies and storage
The site uses the cookies it needs to keep you signed in, and stores your language and theme choice in your own browser.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a client, and afterwards as long as the law requires for invoices and accounting records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time through the contact page.
Qué recogemos
Lo que nos envías con el formulario de contacto (nombre, email, empresa, teléfono y tu mensaje), los datos de tu cuenta si la creas, y los registros de tu plan, facturas y pagos. Los pagos con tarjeta los gestiona Stripe; solo recibimos una referencia y los últimos dígitos de la tarjeta, nunca el número completo.

Para responderte, preparar y prestar el servicio que pides, facturarlo y mantener segura tu cuenta. No vendemos tu información ni la usamos para publicidad.
Quién más la ve
Solo los proveedores que necesitamos para prestar el servicio, como nuestro alojamiento y Stripe para los pagos, cada uno con sus propios términos de privacidad, y las autoridades cuando la ley lo exige.
